The porro binoculars have a classic shape. They are big and are suitable for those who have big hands. Their model is a classic. These are wide and the prisms in it focus light properly and prevent any loss of light at all. This is an older design of the binocular prism. A disadvantage that this binocular has is that it is very large. The big size of it would require a large housing for it.

Binoculars designed from the Porro prism design are generally brighter than a roof prism design but newer technologies are reducing the differences (the Porro prism binoculars still have the highest value at a lower price).
